“Not only were the food and drinks amazing, but our server, Talon, provided outstanding service. He was attentive, kind, and such a respectful young man.
As we were leaving, my elderly father experienced a medical emergency and suddenly lost consciousness. Without hesitation, the staff and even fellow patrons rushed to help. Richard, the owner, along with one of his employees immediately came to our aid and did everything they could to assist.
Thankfully, a local firefighter who is also a family friend happened to be there and helped coordinate the situation. With everyone’s quick response and compassion, we were able to safely get my dad into the car.
Yes, our meal was exceptional, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the genuine care and kindness shown by both the people who knew us and the complete strangers who didn’t. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Shuckers for their compassion during such a frightening moment. It’s a night our family will never forget.”

“Came in Thursday evening at 6, ticket number 22, there was a short wait, but well worth it! Had the gumbo fries appetizer, 12 out of 10! I asked the server, Brooke, what she recommended. She said her favorite was the grouper sandwich blackened. I had the blackened grouper plate with veggies and boiled potatoes, guest had a shrimp basket, other guest had shrimp and oysters, everything was cook perfectly and tasted very fresh. Amazing food and service!!”

“This was our second visit and once again, we were NOT disappointed! We had oysters, voodoo shrimp, and gator taters. Everything was tasty, fresh, and hot! Our server was Sage (for both visits), and she is absolutely wonderful! She is pleasant, professional, and takes time with her customers. We never were without refills, condiments, sauces, etc. Sage ensured we were completely satisfied from start to finish! The only thing I can suggest is for Shuckers to offer Diet Coke! 😊”
